Dr. Bill Cook and Dr. Russell Moore are hosting an eleven day journey to the land of the Bible, to take place December 27, 2008, through January 6, 2009. The trip will include visits to such biblical sites as Jerusalem, Nazareth, Mount of Beatitudes, the Jordan River, Jericho, Gethsemane, Bethlehem, and more. The cost for this excursion is $2,849 per person.

An informational meeting for this excursion will be held on Thursday, September 18, at 9 a.m. in the President's Reception Room at Southern Seminary. A representative from Dehoney Travel will be on hand to give more specific details about the logistics of the trip and to answer any questions you may have.

All are welcome to attend this trip, but Southern Seminary students will have the choice of enrolling in and receiving credit for up to two of the following four courses: Intro to OT 1, Intro to OT 2, Intro to NT 1, and Intro to NT 2.

The deadline for each trip deposit is Thursday, September 25.
